Get ready to have fun when you rent this Poolside Villa. It is a brief walk to the Atlantic Ocean. Walk up one flight to the first level where you will find a lovely living room, kitchen, dining room, full bathroom (all of the aforementioned rooms with porcelain tile),
a bedroom with two full sized beds, full bathroom downstairs, and balcony
overlooking the community pool with the beauty of palm trees surrounding you.

Enjoy the stream of sunlight coming from the high vaulted ceiling containing
a skylight. The second floor is a loft with full bathroom, large walk-in closet,
king-sized bed, and a full-size washer/dryer. You get a private parking space. This is a non-smoking unit with no pets please. You need a cell phone-no phone service. Internet is available for an additional charge.

Just bring your clothes and basic necessities - linens, dishes,
pots/pans, utensils, dishwasher, microwave are supplied. You have
a coffee maker, self-cleaning oven, toaster oven, blender, refrigerator,
and microwave. There is cable TV on two sets, and DVD player 
Again, there is no outgoing local phone service.  You need a cell phone.  A new high-efficiency air-conditioner was installed Dec. 2007.

Jupiter is a beautiful vacation spot. Enjoy the pool and beach
(about a 6 minute walk). There are museums, zoo, theatre, nearby
shopping and many sports activities as well. Tennis courts and golf
courses are nearby. Many people play an informal game of cards,
etc. in our clubhouse.

The minimum rental period is 30 days. Off season rental
is $1200 per month plus electric. In season - January through
April - is $2950/month plus electric. Rate includes basic cable, 
water, and sewer. Cleaning fee is $120. Internet service can be connected for an additional fee upon request.
Condo association application fee is $100 paid directly to them.
Important - per condo rules, a 30 day minimum consecutive stay is
required and no pick-up truck is allowed in our parking lot. No Pets.
