This lovely house is located on Lake Josephine, a 1300 hundred acre lake full of Bass, Spec, Blue Gill, Catfish and more. These fish can be caught right off your private dock which expands out 200 ft. from the shore line. The house and neighborhood are quite and peaceful, the whole area is canapied by huge Oak Trees creating a great place for walks, riding bikes or a nice rest in the shady hammock. The evening sunsets here are breathtaking. 

The house is fully furnished and ready for you. It has a queen size bed in one room and full size bed in second bedroom, and all the linens, blankets, towels, and pillows you'll need.

The kitchen has brandnew everything, glass top stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and everything else you need in a kitchen.

Nice laundry room has large size washer and dryer, plus an extra fridg. for all the fish you'll catch.
