Vacation Rental Description

Stunning Harlequin Villa is situated on the golf course at Southern 
Dunes (less than 20 mins from Disney attractions and 35 
mins from Orlando Airport)

Harlequin at Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club is a spacious, 
larger-than-normal (1500 sq feet of living space),three-bedroom 
villa overlooking the ninth tee of the golf course and has 
uninterrupted views over and along the ninth fairway.

The very spacious lounge gives access to the pool area via patio 
doors. The outside screened area includes sun loungers, dining area, 
spa and pool. It is a wonderful place to unwind after a hard day at 
Disney or on the golf course. Sit by your own private pool with your 
favourite book or tipple.

Being south facing the pool enjoys the sun all day. The fine mesh 
screening lets the sun in, but keeps the insects out!!! Listen to 
you favourite music on the Surround sound intercom system.

The dining area which had also had new furniture, has a glass top 
table to give a further feel of space and leads to the open plan, 
fully-equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom overlooks both the pool and the golf course 
through a bay window and patio doors. The en suite bathroom has a 
full-size bath and a large walk-in shower. Bedroom two is furnished 
with twin beds and overlooks the front garden, there is a ceiling 
fan for added comfort. Bedroom three has a bunk bed with double-
size, futon-bottom bed and single bed above.

Southern Dunes is situated on Highway 27 and gives easy access to 
I-4. The beaches on west and east coast can be reached in just over 
an hour. Orlando International Airport is 30- to 40 minutes by car 
so there is no long drive on arrival. Sanford and Tampa airports are 
also within easy reach. Floor plan available.

The development is very secure, being a "gated community" you can be 
assured of a peaceful and undisturbed stay. Outside the gated 
entrance there is a bank and a 24-hour supermarket and a mega Wal-
Mart.
