Villa Forresta-2/2 Colony in The Villages

One of the best located homes in the Villages.  This two bedroom/two bathroom Villa is designer decorated with a one car garage and a space for a golf cart.  Additionally, it has an enclosed lanai with a railing enclosed patio which features beautiful patio furniture.  All walls are tastefully decorated with the owner's oil paintings.  The home features an eat in kitchen, dining room and living room.  The living room has a large television with a stereo.  The bedrooms each have their own televisions as well as the lanai. The master bedroom has a queen size bed.  The addtional bedroom has twin beds.   The home is located within walking distance to an adult pool as well as a family pool.  The Pimlico Rec Center features a family pool and is a few minute drive and features many activities too many to mention.  Pickle ball is a very popular sport played on the pickle ball courts adjacent to the tennis courts.  There are many Golf courses close by namely the Palmer Golf Course which is a 27 hole championship course and restaurant.  You can access many of the grocery stores as well as general shopping via your golf cart.  The home is located about 5-6 minutes to Lake Sumter Landing Town Square where there is live entertainment 365 nights a year.  A 20 minute beautiful golf cart ride will take you to Spanish Springs Town Square.  And close by there are 80 plus restaurants accessible by golf cart as well. There is cable television, computer and local telephone accessibility. Bicycles are also available.  The home is fully furnished and is well appointed with dishes pots pans glasses, utensils, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner,sheets, pillow cases, towels etc.

All taxes, utilities, cable TV ,trash, lawn service, local telephone are included  Golf courses are a minimal fee, free tennis, shuffle ball, bocci, swimming pools, . free entertainment nightly.   There is a $50 fee for the temporary ID card.  There is an $300 fee for additional couple  per month.  There are no pets and no smoking allowed.  The Villages is an adult community for seniors over 55+ years.  No children under 12 years of age are allowed.  There is a cleaning fee of $75.00.  A $500 security deposit due at the time of booking.  This will be held as a damage deposit that will be returned within 15 days after departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear (less the cleaning fee) Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
