Huge Executive Villa with Pool/Luxury Gardens in Aruba

This executive villa is over 3000 square feet, one of the largest in the newly developed subdivision of Safir. It fully gated with an extensive garden filled with tropical plants that are indigineous to Aruba. There are stone and bominate walkways throughout the grounds and slip proof pavers that surround the pool.There is also a zen garden in the back, simply unbelievable It has three seperate living spaces that offer comfotably seating for a party of eight.

The livingroom has two couches, and two large chairs, well lite, avulted ceilings.

The diningroom has seating for eight and is done in designer teakwood, again high vaulted ceilings

The den has a comfortable sofa sleeper and additional chair, television with cable, library of books, dvd player.

All the rooms are fully airconditioned with all new air co units.

The is a master on one side of the home with its own bathroomand two addional bedrooms with a bath on the other side of the home, providing great privacy for your party. There is also a half bath perfect for when you come out of the pool or are entertaining guest.

This home offers a large living area with twin couches and cozy chairs, an elegant teak diningroom with seating for 8 and a seperate den area  witha fold out sofa sleeper, cable television and dvd player.

The kitchen is warm and inviting, the owners were restaurantures and had many a pleasurable evening cooking for their families. There is also a beautiful bar b que area outside by the pool with a gas weber grill. You can cook, swim and relax on the back patio as the windchimes blow with the Aruba breeze.

There are three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.They all have their own air conditioning system and plenty of linens and towels. Two of the bedrooms have televisions with cable.

There is a full size washer and dryer and a full size water heater in the laundryroom. This is conviently located in the back side of the home.

The home has an alarm and is extreamly secure and safe.

The home also has all major and small aplliances, iron, ironing board, beach towels etc.

Pool is long with a handrail at the end and steps on the inside, excellent for children and those of us getting a little older, It has a nice size shallow that lead to a six foot deep section. It is fully covered with skid proof pavers. There is a lovely screened area in that back that has a nice couch (wicker with cushion) table with multiple chairs and sun loungers. It even has an outdoor television for your entertainment.

You are within 4 minutes of Palm and Arashi Beaches.

You are directly next door to Tierra Del Sol Golf Club and Spa.

High rise Hotels are minutes away, offering mutitudes of dining choices and of course Gambling.

Water sports are located at the major hotels, they are within 5 minutes and we are more than happy to help your party make arrangements. Quite often because we are considered locals, since we have been coming for 20 years and purchased 3 years ago, people tend to know us and give our clients a nice discount. Just ask us and we will certainly try to accomidate all of your families needs.

There is so much to do we do not even know where to start.

If you golf Tierra Del Sol is the club for you, managing the wind is the only downside.

Windsurfing lessons are avliable up the street from a world class surfer.

Water sports such as tubing, banana boats, snokling and scubba diving is within a five minute drive.

Atvs and various tours are avaliable in the town of Noord, a straight shot from the house.

Madamne Janettes, one of Arubas finest restaurants, The Jazz Bar, The fountains at Paseo, the movie theatre everything is right here.

There is a $500 per week extra charge for the following weeks:

Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Carnival, Easter and 4th of July.
