kitchen, bath, breakfast nook and open living area. Located on 
beautiful Indian Point Road, this warm and cozy loft apartment 
captures some of the most spectacular ocean views in the area.  

     Lounge on the balcony and gaze out to picturesque islands as 
sailing vessels meander around their rocky shores. Or enjoy the view 
from inside while sipping tea in the breakfast  nook,  watching  as 
lobster boats come and go to their favorite fishing grounds.    
Picnic on the rocky ledges surrounded by beautiful gardens, while 
gentle breezes and the sounds of seagulls fill the air. 

     Walk to nearby restaurants in downtown Stonington, or pick up 
fresh lobster at the nearby Lobster Co-op and cook for yourself in 
your fully equipped kitchen. Rustic pine ceilings and walls add to 
the warmth and character of this very well designed and meticulously
