These brand new townhomes are located in Lauderdale by the Sea conteporary designed and furnished leaveing nothing to desire for the discernible vacation connesseur;  walk to the beach, bring your surfboard and beach chairs from the garage and cool off in the lap pool after a relaxing day in the sand! These lofts offer a bedroom/bathroom on the ground floor. An elevator connects all 3 levels plus roof top. On the second floor there is a vast living area with open kitchen and dining area.  The kitchen has a gas cook top and takes gourmet cooking to a new level! You will enjoy the stainless steel appliances and utensels making this open area any hobby cook's dream!  A guest bath plus a small bedroom with a bunk bed ideal for children are also on this level. The third floor is occupied by two bedrooms with own bathroom each. The top floor is a roof top terrace that extends over the entire roof surhace, with lounge chairs pointed to the ocean for sun tanning and a stainless BBQ gas grill plus table and chairs pointed west toward sundown; the perfect place to end a day with a few cocktails in hand!
There is a clubhouse that offers exercising equipment, a large TV as well as some games next to a lounge area and a lap pool.  Superb restaurants, water sports like jet ski and boat rentals plus diving and snorkling outfitters are all in walking distance. The two car garage has ample spavce for any vehicle you may bring, and bicycles you may want us to provide at a small fee. A vehicle is always recommended, but not necessary.
