Its view is the waterway surrounding the island, and the private dock allows boating to the nearby restaurants and bars. The inside is upgraded to the latest standars with granite counters, stainless appliances, wine cooler and plasma TV. The bedrooms have direct access to the deck area, and the private island offers an ideal terrain to walk, bicycle or jog.
