House Description: 
- This house is a 100 year old Craftsman Style House, very light, quiet and charming. 
- Downstairs is a living room, dining room, kitchen, full bathroom, mudroom, and laundry room. 
- Upstairs are 3 BR (master BR - 1 king size bed), other 2 BR - double bed (BRs can also be converted to office space) and full bathroom. 

- A 4th room upstairs (which I have used as a studio) is converted to office space, or an extra den, with beautiful natural lighting.

- Wi-Fi, tv, dvd player, electric piano, stereo set. 
- Linens, towels, dishes, and utilities included. 

- Outside is a beautiful green garden with two decks, hammock and lawn furniture, a grill, a propane heater for cool evenings around the table. 

- We have a special set of outdoor plates, and glasses for easy use.

Our Neighborhood: 
- Ashby Bart, downtown, UC Berkeley campus, freeway access nearby. 
- Lots of delicious small restaurants, and boutiques within walking distance. 

- Farmers' Market every Tuesday with locally grown produce.

- Tilden Park - great for hiking, biking, and beautiful public golf course, the Little Farm, the Nature Center, the Steam Train, Merry-go-Round, pony rides, Lake Anza.

- Lawrence Hall of Science for children and family.

- Berkeley Art Museum, Pacific Film Archive, Botanical Gardens, Jewish Museum.

- Berkeley Rep Theatre, Aurora Theatre, Shotgun Players Theatre.

- Berkeley has 4 beautiful, outdoor, public swimming pools.

We ask a minimum of 7 nights, + a $500 security deposit, and a $160 cleaning fee.
