Downstairs is the living room, dining area, full kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with a mini fridge, a half bathroom and the cozy pool room with a woodstove. Upstairs features three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and the great family room with a sofa bed. One of the bedrooms and the family room both offer doors leading out to an upper sitting deck that overlooks the swimming pool(not heated, but gets full sun, pool avail. May - September). The pool area is complete with an outdoor bar, many sitting areas, a separate spa overlooking the pool, and a lush & naturally landscaped surrounding. Across the private road, shared with just 2 other homes, the property offers tomatoes and a flower garden (for guests to enjoy), a separate patio area under an arbor with grape vines for shade, and stair access down to Austin Creek.

Two Night Minimum year-round except the following:
