Villa Tranquila is a luxury home of historical beauty. The stained glass windows, original interior artwork and spectacular grounds make Villa Tranquila a wonderful vacation destination all to itself. This is the perfect choice for visitors looking for accommodations with elegance, privacy and a great wine country location.

The downstairs: The living room features a large river rock fireplace, comfortable seating arrangements and a large flat screen TV. Numerous windows and doors look out to the back yard; gracious archways lead to a hallway on one side and the dining room on the other. The mahogany dining set seats 12 people. The gourmet kitchen is the  chef's delight, complete with stainless appliances that include a six burner Dacor professional gas stove, a griddle and two ovens. Off the kitchen is a sunny breakfast nook. Through the breakfast nook and past the quaint side entranceway is the master suite and the other downstairs bedroom. The master suite is spacious with a fireplace, king bed, French doors to the back deck and an entertainment system with a flat screen television. Off the master bedroom is the master bath, with a double vanity and a dual-head walk-in shower. The master bathroom also has a door leading into the hallway, so it can be easily shared with the occupants of the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a king bed and a double futon. There is an additional half bathroom (toilet and sink) off the same hallway.


Upstairs: Stairs from the front hall lead to the upper level that contains three more bedrooms and one full bathroom. The room at the end of the hall has a king bed and a flat screen TV. The second upstairs room has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.  All three bedrooms are filled with natural light and have views from the windows. The full bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub.


Exterior: over 1/2 acre of gated grounds

Gated, landscaped grounds surround Villa Tranquila. The front circular driveway winds between a lovely garden and lawn and the front entrance. The backyard is a tree-lined hideaway, with views of forested hills in the distance. The backyard consists of a large, in-deck 6 person spa, a dining patio with a state-of-the-art BBQ and smoker, chaise lounge chairs, decks, a large lawn, and a woodsy lower area with a fire pit. Villa Tranquila is located at the top of  “the hill” in a quiet and scenic neighborhood. It's a ten minute walk down to Guerneville's shopping, dining, nightlife and the Russian River.

Two Night Minimum year-round except the following:

Four Night Minimum in July & August, and Week Minimum the first week of July and the first week of August.

Three Night Minimum for Christmas, New Years, Labor Day and Memorial Day. Four Night Minimum for Thanksgiving. 10% Increase for Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend and New Years.
