Golf, tennis and workout facility located at Spring Run.  Within walking distance is the Coconut Point Mall, largest outdoor mall in Florida.  Outlet shopping also closeby.  Many great eating establishments close by.  Hyatt resort down the street.

In season, Jan-April top rate.

Other rates depending on the month and length of stay;Lee County bed tax 5% and state sales tax 6% extra.  $100 cleaning fee and $100 fee to condo Assoc also due.  If you desire golf, fee of approx. $250 due to Spring Run.  Deposit will be required.
