Full Size Commercial Grade MOONBOUNCE included for the childrens use, along with a commercial grade SNO-KONE MACHINE , and commercial POP CORN MACHINE !!! Moon bounce is free for 2 days, $50.00 a day thereafter. These items alone rent for $300 bucks a day, and they are FREE with the house.  Other items include:   Kayak,  Canoe, floats, water toys, tube, fishing poles.  Boat Rental is available with prior notice:  Gas Grill  located on the Deck.  .  Kitchen is fully furnished.  You only bring food.  Excercise Bike and even a ab lounger to work out.  Ping Pong Table, Bumper Pool Table,  yard games and board games for the children to play.  Cable TV.

You will love Lake Norman... this is one of the hands down best spots on the East Coast.  The water is clean, and clear, our winters are mild, the fall leaf season is beautiful to cruise the lake and take in the fall colors, and the spring is just fantastic.  Summer is our busy season and the lake is a great place to just kick back and relax.

• Oct 1st- March 2= 1,000 per week
• march 2- may 24=  1,100 per week
• peak 1:  may 24th-June 28th:  1,800 per week
• peak 2:   June 28th-Sep 30    2,000 per week

Rates:  are subject to change for special events: race week, etc. The rates are also negotiable depending on current bookings and availability.  Just inquire and we can discuss rates from 1 day to more than 30. 

Refundable damage /and security deposit of $300 due at time of check in.

Reserve with 50% deposit.  Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations given with a 45 day notice prior to arrival date receive full refund on deposit.

*Monthly Rentals available off season and discounts given for monthly rental during the prime season also.

$150 Departure Cleaning includes bed linens/ and towels for 10 people.

Moonbouce Sno-Kone Machine-Pop Corn Machine party package is FREE with weekly rental.  If non-weekly, moonbounce is free for 2 days and then $50.00 a day after that.  Renters assume all liability for moonbounce, must be adult present while children are using the moonbounce.  Enjoy !!!
