Vacation Rental Description

  Walk to town and bay beach from charming, sunny farmhouse. The 
house, which was featured on the Sag Harbor house tour, is furnished 
with antiques, but family friendly, with comfortable sofas and lots 
of sturdy wicker and leather. There are 3Bedrooms furnished with 
antique iron double beds,and Ralph Lauren linens. There are 2 full 
baths. A skylit attic works as a playroom or for extra guests.  Large 
double livingroom with 2 seating areas. Skylit Country kitchen with 
pantry, Viking Stove,marble countertops, farmhouse table and pews and 
wrap around windows.French doors from the kitchen open on to a deck 
and double lot backyard.

Activities and Attractions

 Sag Harbor boasts galleries,bookstores, restaurants and shops.Walk 
to a private bay beach. See an art film at the Sag Harbor cinema or 
eat at the American Hotel with its 40,000 bottle wine cellar.  Rent a 
boat or bikes. Take the ferry to Shelter Island or Block Island.  
Sport fish from Montauk (30 minutes away). East Hampton with its 
ocean beaches is 15 minutes away. 

Vacation Rental Rates

House rents from late May thorugh September at rates ranging form 
$1750 to $3000.  There is a 200 security deposit and 125 cleaning
