With your stay at 'Seventh Heaven' you'll find a neat little surprise waiting for you..... Included in your rental package is a Red Sporty Golf Cart and Clubs in the Three Car Garage that is available for your use while staying at 'Seventh Heaven'.

Now let's take a tour of this magnificent home shall we?

As you approach the front of the home and the grand entrance, one immediately hears the sounds of water in the magnificent fountain to the left of the entrance.

Tall columns and double glass doors greet you as you enter into the Grand Foyer and that undeniable 'WOW' moment begins.

As if breathtaking elegance is not enough, one immediately senses the ambiance and warmth and intimatcy that this home surrounds you with and you know without a shadow of a doubt that you are going to enjoy being here and will have the most wonderful vacation ever!

From the Foyer one can look across the immense space of the gathering room and out to the fairways. Triple Sliding Glass Doors go all the way into the wall bringing an air of one entire space combined with Mother Natures beauty and a continuation of your WOW moment abounds.

The Gathering Room has a Built-In Entertainment Area showcasing the HD LG Television and other components. On each end are two large textured columns. Comfortably and tastefully decorated for your comfort. You'll enjoy the ambiance lighting as well.

For your pleasure an Elongated Bar with Wet Sink and built-in Wine Cooler complete with Cherry Wood Cabinets is there and topped with a long sheet of granite complimenting the decor.

There is a Library on the right and office on the left as you enter. One can always find a good stock of books for your reading pleasure.

The Large Cherry Desk in the Office can house your Laptop during your stay if you are wanting to check your emails or maybe send one of how much YOU are enjoying FLORIDA ....and so sorry they are having 'snow'?

The Master Bedroom Suite is furnished elegantly. There is a King Bed and beautiful furnishings surround this large room complimented by many windows of light and recessed ceiling with ambiance lighting.

The Master Bedroom also houses a Delightful Sitting Area as you stroll thru the columned divide, noticing first, the crystal chandelier and bringing you to yet another spot for relaxing with a good book and another great view of Mothers Natures greenery and fairways.

The Master Bathroom was so intriquing that we found many of the people from the 'Parade of Homes' gathering inside to marvel at this stately bathroom. 

There is a large suspended sheet of glass that separates the deep oval tub from the walk-in shower. There are tiled sloped entrances that lead into the shower on each side of the bathroom and just behind the elongated tub. 

Then be ready for a wonderful shower experience! The shower heads are placed on opposite walls of the shower to where one can have water spray from the front .......and also from the back.

 Not enough? Then you might want to also turn on the incredible overhead rain forest shower head above for a triple spray of water delight.

The tile work alone is a masterpiece. Huge Counter spaces and Double Sinks above Cherry Cabinets and a separate water closet.

About the 'Parade of Homes'.... Proudly 'Seventh Heaven' was selected the Best of the Best #1 of all of the homes.

'Seventh Heaven' also offers a wonderful split bedroom arrangement allowing for privacy and the South Wing houses the other Two Suites.

The First Guest Suite offers a Queen Bed, a hallway and a bath with tiled shower and has a view of the golf course. It is decorated beautifully and the area is spacious! This Suite can be closed off from the main areas by a hidden, in the wall door. It also has its own entrance and exit out to the Lanai. This entire area is tiled with 18' tiles and the look is astounding.

The Second Guest Suite is carpeted and houses a King Bed and is furnished in the most elegant of woods. The bath for this bedroom is tiled and has a shower/tub arrangement. This Suite and Bath are also beautifully decorated in striking colors.

The Kitchen is extremely large with sit down breakfast bar, center island and cherry wood cabinets and counters all with granite tops. It also encompasses a separate sitting area and breakfast area where one can just sit and chat or have a meal looking out of a seamless large picture window that definitely brings the outside in.

If that is not enough then try out the cable television built right into one side of the new LG refrigerator doors! The remote is in the drawer of the island center.

A separate Dining Room is off of the kitchen area with a Beveled Glass Table and seating for 6. A tropical chandelier hangs above and wall to wall built in Cherry Wood Buffet with columns on each end. Plenty of room for all of the new friends you are sure to meet. All in the theme of Bombai.

Have coffee on the Lanai and take in the scenic vista watching the golfers play through or maybe you'd like to just sit and lounge discussing your days activities under the tropical fans listening to the music on the intercom/music sytem speakers built in.

And of course if you don't feel up to going down to the beach for the sunset you might choose to watch the incredible colors change from your  comfort zone on the Lanai. Not the full of view as being at the beach (8 miles away) but you will be able to see the beautiful changing of the sun and the colors across the sky.

For that Romantic night there are two electric fireplaces that provide just the right ambiance.

Be sure and open the bottle of complimentary wine that we have left for you, our guests, for your enjoyment.

One need not leave the area as we have everything centrally located in our 'back door'.

Or ....you are a short drive to Orlando for Sea World/Disney/Epcot/Universal Studios and more!

Want to go to Tampa? A beautiful 45 minute drive down the Scenic Suncoast Parkway and you're there.

For those that do not play golf or just want do do something else for a change, right here at 'Seventh Heaven' is the Plantation Resort with an awesome Marina where you can rent scuba or snorkeling equipment or you might just want to cruise out and bar hop or restaurant hop from the water on a 1/2 day or a full day rental.

Whatever your choice might be see Kenny or Paul at the Marina for any of your water sports needs.

Pontoons are also available for going out to view the Manatees or just cruising and soaking up the sun. For those that fish, Kenny and Paul also have fishing boats with canopies. Kayaks too are available.

The Plantation Dining Room is white table cloth with a Pianist on Friday nights. The menu is versatile. The Sunday Brunch is an absolute must!

They will also pack you a picnic lunch for your boating or outing excursions. Ask them for prices and menu choices.

The Plantation also has a SPA. Appointments recommended.

There is a Lobby Bar with Library effect with large comfortable leather chairs and is nice place to go to have cocktails and relax in air conditioned comfort.

Go to Poolside, splash around and be sure and check out the Gazebo at the point and watch the boats meander down the river. The TIKI HUT BAR offers frozen concoctions and mini menu of hamburgers etc.  Non-Inn guests are welcome to spend the day for only $5.00 per person. Definitely worth it!

Long for the Beach? We've got that too! Just get back onto Ft. Island Trail and head West until it dead ends (about 8 miles) and you are right at the park and beach. A fishing pier is just to the right of the beach.

 Shopping Mall, Fine Restaurants, Country restaurants and even drive thru's are available on 19 and 44 along with theatres, parks and downtown activities. About 3-8 minutes away from 'Seventh Heaven'.

Your Security Deposit is fully refunded to you the very day of your departure for your convenience and because we appreciate your choosing our home for your vacation.

Once our caretaker has done a walk-thru with you & a complete check of the property, and finds everything in the same manner as it was upon arrival, with but of course, the exception of general housekeeping needs, then he will have your deposit ready for you.
