- 3 bedroom – 1,250 sq. ft. ‘Beach House’ on Shuswap Lake that sleeps 8 people.
- 70-feet of private sandy beach quoted as being the ‘best beach front’ in the Shuswap.
- On an all-sandy beach near the town of Salmon Arm. Built 5 years ago, relatively new.
- Just 10 minutes by car west of Salmon Arm on large lot with many large trees for both privacy and shade.
- Lots of room for parking.

- Master bedroom has Queen bed and ensuite bath.
- Two other bedrooms each have one double and one single bed.
- Bedding and bath towels included but please bring your own beach towels.
- Living room with large windows overlooking the lake and mountains.
- Fully equipped large kitchen with new fridge, stove, dish washer and microwave.
- Full bathroom with walk-in shower. Hot and cold running water. On Septic System. Washer.
- Massive wrap-around upper deck, plus a large concrete lower patio featuring sunshine or shade.
- Two patio tables – lots of chairs.
- Briquette BBQ and beachfront fire-pit (providing no fire bans are in effect)

- Rates per week include 2 Adults with 2 children.
- Additional Children up to 12 years of age $100 per week each
- Additional adults $235 per week each (summer rates)
- May and Otcober $1,490 per week
- June and Septmeber $1,890 per week.
- July and August $2,350 per week.
- This is pet free, no smkoing ban in cabin.
- All prices are in Canadian funds.
- Check in time is 3 pm...check out 11am
- 50% booking fee is required to hold booking and balance paid within 30 days prior to arrival.
- Damage deposit required and will be refunded with 12 days after departure.
- Renter responsible for cleaning cabin, (same condition as when you arrived). A 3rd party cleaning company can be outsourced if renter is willing to pay the fee from the damage deposit.
