Condo is completely turnkey furnished, with everything you will need for your stay.  Owner pays all utilities for seasonal rentals.  Bedrooms are very nicely furnished with queen beds in both rooms. Two full baths.  Full eat-in Kitchen completely equipped with dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, toaster, coffee-maker, utensils, cookware, etc.  Unit has central air, humidistat, and ceiling fans for your comfort.  TV’s and DVD player, Washer/Dryer, ironing board, iron, alarm clock/radios.  All necessary linens, bath/kitchen towels are provided. Numerous brochures/literature on area attractions/restaurants/services is provided for your convenience. Sorry-no smoking or pets.

Punta Gorda is conveniently located between Sarasota and Naples on the Florida West Coast.  This quaint and historical town is located on the southeast side of Charlotte Harbor.  Punta Gorda offers plenty of daily activities such as: local tours, numerous public golf courses, variety of excellent local restaurants, shopping at Fisherman's Village, fishing trips or boat cruises.  Enjoy the sights and amenities in neighboring cities such as Marco Island, Naples, Sanibel Island, Boca Grande, and Sarasota within a short driving distance.

Season ( Nov-April)  $2,500/ Month (utilities included, two month minimum please)

Off-Season  $1,700/Month (utilties included)

Cleaning fee of $75.00 will be deducted from your deposit of $1,000.00
