This beautiful private residence is a new three story A-frame. There 
are gorgeous mountain and ski slope views.The house stands amongst 80 
foot pine trees in a picturesque setting.Just over 1.5 miles to peak 
8 parking lot, and only 2 miles to the beautiful downtown of Historic 
Breckenridge. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

4 Bedrooms. Master with king bed,on the top floor. Second floor has a 
bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bedroom with a double bed. Ground 
floor has a queen bed. All floors have a full bathroom.
The amenities include; 
Fireplace,Phone,CableT.V.,VCR,Stereo,Microwave,Dishwasher,Full 
kitchen,Washer/Dryer,Linens provided,Cookware and utensils 
provided.

Activities and Attractions

Downhill Skiing,Cross Country skiing,snow boarding, hiking, biking, 
fishing, hunting, horseback riding, golfing, shopping,snowmobiling, 
sleigh rides and all other winter sports. There is also a community 
recreation center with rock climbing walls,swimming pool with water 
slide, indoor tennis, racquet ball, weight room, aerobics, and indoor 
running track: visitors are welcome. There are two olympic sized ice 
skating rinks in Breckenridge.
Breckenridge and the surrounding area have an abundance of 
restaurants, from casual to fine dining.
