This massive 2,500sq. ft. 3 bedroom 2 bath, open floor
plan comes fully furnished with modest décor. After a beautiful 
day at the beach come back to the penthouse and watch the sunset on
our 900sq.ft roof top patio, which offers a bbq and plenty
of seating when entertaining your guests or simply enjoying a
romantic evening in.

When ending your evening step into our private sauna and wash away your worries. We also have a fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils and complete dish set, linens provided & for your longer stays we have a convenient separate laundry room.

Penthouse allows smoking on the spacious patio deck - No smoking is
permitted within the penthouse.

Parking is plentiful and from the
Penthouse you are a short drive away from Southern California's most
popular destinations; just 25 minutes to Disneyland, 35 minutes to
Downtown Los Angeles.
