This massive 2,500sq. ft. 3 bedroom 2 bath, open floor
plan comes fully furnished with modest décor. After an exciting
day at the beach come back to the penthouse and watch the sunset on
our 900sq.ft roof top patio, which offers a bar area, bbq and plenty
of seating when entertaining your guest or simply enjoying a
romantic evening in.

When ending your evening step into our private sauna and wash away your worries. We also have a fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils and complete dish set, linens provided & for your longer stays we have a convenient separate laundry room.

Penthouse allows smoking on the spacious patio deck - No smoking is
permitted within the penthouse.

For your convenience the Penthouse comes with a private 1 car garage
which you are welcome to use while you relax and explore. From the
Penthouse you are a short drive away from Southern California's most
popular destinations; just 25 minutes to Disneyland, 35 minutes to
Downtown Los Angeles.
