Photos are of 1 bdrm unit.  Two units available (1 bdrm, 1 bath and 2 bdrm/2bath): 1 bedroom has Queen size bed with additional queen size aero bed. Bath has entrances from bedroom and living room for privacy. Air conditioned units with multiple overhead fans.  Large ocean facing deck with three large deck chairs with cushions, one large round table and one small table.  2nd  floor unit, no elevator.

Two Bedroom/Two bath: Third floor unit, no elevator. Large ocean view deck with chairs. Leather furniture in living room, 42 inch flat screen TV.  Air conditioned unit (thankfully quiet!) with multiple overhead fans. Kitchen has full size oven/stove, full size refrigerator/freezer, Microwave, dishes etc. King size bed and ensuite bath in Master bedroom, queen size bed in second bedroom.

Condo location: There is a good map of town  on the website called "cartsbelize", the condo is located just over the bridge at the north end of San Pedro town, look for the red dot for Coco Loco's, the condo located across from it. The pier at Coco Loco's bar is where the dive shops will pick you up for dive/snorkel trips. There is a supermarket and golf cart rental across the road from the condo. THere are several restaurants/bars within a three minute walk from condo, closest town restaurants are about a 15 minute walk from condo and the center of town is about a 25 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride.

Pool, pool bar, gourmet restaurant on site,  free wireless internet by pool.   Well behaved pets OK, dogs must be kept on leashes on condo grounds. 

All jungle tours, cave tours, eco-tours, zip line tours and ruin tours take place on the mainland. You will ferry back and forth from San Pedro with an organized tour group. Ambergris Caye is an island geared toward water sports. The water is warm and calm.  There is windsurfing, wake boarding, jet skis – rentals are towards the south end. World class sNORkeling/Diving, fishing.  Bike ride up the beach, kayak, relax by the pool.

Higher rates during holidays. 1 free night for 10 nights or more,  discounts for monthly rentals.  Additional cleaning fee and transport fee (necessary if you are not renting a golf carr\t).

50% deposit to hold dates, balance due 21 days prior to check in.   No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.  Time credit may be given for late cancellations if another rental not found for cancelled time booked.  Security deposit required.  Paypal, direct deposit or checks accepted.
