The Condo is located in Ixtapa Zihuatanejo in the development called "ISLA ALEGRE", in the middle of the  “MARINA IXTAPA”.   
To your left side you can see the golf course  “MARINA”,  at the front you have the view from all the Marina, besides, behind the Marina you have the best restaurants in the area ( 8 minutes walking distance ).

A 653 ft2 terrace with a special designed sun bed for  8 persons.  A table including  6 chairs, two sun umbrellas and a hot tub.
