This vacation house is the perfect spot for family and friends to enjoy the feeling of living and relaxing on the lake or just the best vacation getaway? This is the House you have been searching for your vacation in 2013. It has been updated and remodeled from the hardwood floors to the beam ceilings. The patio and dock furniture let you have a great time on the dock or just hanging out on the decks. 

Last year we just remodeled the kitchen. This update keeps the house fresh and new as if it was your own.  JUST LIKE HOME.

As a Lake Front Home, there are no steps from the water to the lake. By walking out of lower level of the house, the lake is just under your feet.  Thats right The lower deck is suspended over the water for a real Lake living.  The second deck also offers an opportunity for relaxation, sunbathing or just grilling, steaks or burgers on the gas grill or charcoal grill , which ever you prefer. It is the best place to enjoy the fantastic evening sunsets.

This house has two levels. The first level has a living room, dining area and fully equip kitchen. All levels offer a full lake view in every direction. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed with a reading nook. The best of all it overlooks the lake with a sliding glass door so you can have morning coffee on the deck and enjoy the lake when it wakes up. The second bedroom is also furnished with a queen-size bed and its own privacy. Still need more sleeping room? The lower level living room has a large L shape sofa with a queen-size sleeper making this lake home comfortable for up to six people. We also have a new full size laundry room so you have all the comforts of home.

With the lake so close and fishing on your mind all you need to do is just toss out a line on the deck and relax until you have caught your limit. If the sun is too hot then go on the two well covered dock and toss out that line. If fishing is not your cup of tea then just relax and sunbath or swim off the dock. The water is never too hot to enjoy.

For the boaters, the house is located in a large cove from the main channel so if you want to ski or tub, everyone can watch from both of the decks or from the dock. The use of the 30 foot Covered Slip is also FREE along with a 2 person paddle boat FREE FREE.

We provide sheets, towels, pillows and all paper products that you would need along with the laundry detergent. Our fully equiped kitchen has everything that is needed for you to make a great meal. We have even provided some seasonings. It's just the little things that you might have forget. We have a Charcoal Grill and a Gas Grill, which one do you use...

Central air/heating is standard in this house along with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and dining area. This house is completely furnished with all the necessities needed for a short or long visit. All you need is your suitcase.

What about the boat, it has a two well covered dock available for your use. There is No Charge to use the dock or the 30 foot slip it is included with the house. A 2 person paddle boat is free to use with your stay. We also have a new public boat ramp which is Shawnee Bend Ramp is  less than 1/8 mile away from the house or just one cove by water. There is also boat and jet ski rentals within a short distance.

This house is also located on a Black Top Road so there no problems getting to it in any type of weather. It is available all year round. Thanksgiving with the trees changing colors and Christmas with the water and snow together is just beautiful.
