The Casa Serena is fully furnished with custom hand-carved furniture
throughout. This Punta Negra Condo Building is beautifully located
right on Punta Negra Beach. A short 5 min taxi ride puts you right
in the heart of town where you will enjoy shopping , restaurants,
more beaches and many things to do. This very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath
condo has 1466 sf and is located on the 8th Floor. Elevators take
you from the beach to all levels within this 8 level building. This
beautiful condo will give you the vacation of a lifetime and we
invite you to browse the pictures and enjoy Punta Negra Condo 804.
Activities include golf, tennis, shopping, site-seeing, restaurants,
sailing, water-skiing, jet-skiing, swimming, snorkeling/scuba-
diving, biking, hiking, fishing, cinema/movie theaters, canopy
tours, bike excursions, horseback riding, jungle excursions and art
tours.
The Punta Negra Condominiums has 34 condos in a quiet building. It
is located only 3 miles south of downtown Puerto Vallarta in the
upscale residential area called South Shore on Punta Negra Beach.
The ride takes about 5 minutes and follows the shore past beautiful
villas, condos and resorts. Buses run every 10 minutes or simply
flag down any one of the 1000's of taxis that continually drive by.
The balcony runs the length of the condo and provides a magnificent,
180 degree panoramic view. The master bedroom and main living area
are both open onto the balcony. In certain seasons you will see
dolphins and whales in the beautiful blue-green water.
Vacation Rental Amenities
There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the
guest room, which upon advance request can be put together to
provide a second king size bed. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub
and there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area and A/C
in the bedrooms. The second bedroom has a second balcony which faces
the jungle. There is a living room, dining area and full kitchen,
two telephones, two televisions, wired and wireless Internet access,
maid service twice a week, linens provided, outdoor barbeque area
and 24 hour security.
Activities and Attractions
Para-sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming with dolphins,
world class fishing, canopy adventures where you can pretend you're
Tarzan, mountain bike excursions, horseback riding, six golf
courses, tennis, jungle excursions.
Art tours, many art galleries (it's becoming known as a cultural art
center). Don't miss the art walks.
There are also private home tours and city tours, day cruises to
otherwise inaccessible beaches, exciting night life and excellent
first-class restaurants with mucho ambiance; dining under the stars
at the beach, high on a hilltop, beside a river or on the edge of a
cliff.

May 1 - Oct. 31 - $125 per night
Nov. 1 - April 31 - $175 per night
Christmas & New Year's - $325 per night
Thanksgiving & Easter Week - $200 per night
Rates are negotiable for longer stays. The deposit is 50% at time
of your reservation and payment should be received within 7 days.
The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. At that time we
will send you an information packet. A personal check is fine.
All Bookings are non refundable unless the condo can be re rented for the same dates.
