Karla is located on the mountainside in very desirable Conchas Chinas just minutes south of Old Town and Los Muertos Beach. Karla has a commanding view if the sea, beautiflu sunsets in the evening and is a short walk to picturesque beaches below.
Your Karla Unit #1 is located on the ground level of a six-unit building and features its own private dipping pool surrounded by a walled garden terrace. Views to the northwest include ocean and sea. A roof-top pool is the place for meeting friends and enjoying the sunshine and views of mountains, sea and city.
Unit is ideal for sharing with friends, outdoor barbequing, enjoying privacy and getaway from hustle of the city. It has a complete kitchen, two full bathrooms, A/C in each bedroom, cable TV, DVD and internet. Karla is within walkiing distance of Old Town with its shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Bus stop on highway below with buses every 15 minutes.
Karla consists of two buildings, 19 units in total and is regarded by residents as a quiet condo. It is a perfect getaway for those who prefer a close-in, private spot away from the crowds.
