Nana and Mumpa's Place in Kingston

Peaceful, 3 bedroom rambler on 3 acres of woods. Built lovingly by Mumpa's own hands. This house tells a story from Ireland to America.  It has been in the family for three generations.   Very private and spacious backyard, with lots of room to romp and play.  Water front view with community beach and easy access close by .  Just 5 miles from the Kingston/Edmonds Ferry!  Great inexpensive weekend get away! 

Three bedrooms, two with double sized beds and one with a queen.  Extra sleeping space on the sleeper/chair in the living room if needed.  Living room has plenty of floor space for younger campers. One bathroom with a tub and shower.   Full kitchen.  Utility room with a washer and dryer.  The fireplace in the living room is a nice romantic touch for Fall and Winter. 

Explore our lovely Puget Sound beach.  Take a nature hike in the surrounding woods.  Look for the Bald Eagles that nest in the trees on the property.  Relax in the two person hammock in the back yard.  Yard games available.  Minutes from Poulsbo (Little Norway), Historic Port gamble, Bainbridge Island and it's many wineries, shops and  lovely gardens.  The Olympic Peninsula is an easy day trip.

September-May $100/night, two night minimum, $500/week, $2000/month

June-August $150/night, two night minimum, $700/week, $2500/month

Plus a $100 cleaning fee/deposit (this fee is waived if you are staying for one month)

Once reservations are confirmed we ask that you send the $100 cleaning fee to act as a deposit. Please send the rest of the payment within one week of your scheduled stay. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please treat Mumpa and Nana's with the same care and respect that you would treat your own home.

If cancellation is necessary please give us at least 72 hours notice to ensure a complete refund.
