Ritz Pointe is located in a beautifully landscaped, private, safe, gate-guarded, family oriented Condominium Community of Monarch Hills in Ritz Pointe next door to the famous St. Regis Hotel of Monarch Beach.  Access to the beach would be down a gently meandering, beautifully landscaped pedestrian oriented path.  It is about 2 mile or a 30 minute walk to The Strands Beach located just in front of The Ritz Carlton Hotel. 

Ritz Pointe is just up the road from The Orange County Dana Point Harbor and downtown Dana Point.  Located towards the northern section of Dana Point in the Monarch Beach area, it is just a short 15 min drive into the beautiful and ‘artsy’ seaside town of Laguna Beach.  Ritz Pointe is also convenient and within a short 15 minute drive (or a 30 minute bike ride for the more adventurous types) from the historic San Juan Capistrano where the Mission San Juan Capistrano and the quaint Los Rios District is surrounded with charming antique shops, restaurants, and art galleries.  There’s even a petting zoo for the smaller members in your family! 

There are so many things to do and see….Enjoy cooling off from the hot sun after a day at the beach at the community pool and spa.  Enjoy a morning walk amongst the palms and abundant flora to the local bakery and coffee shop.  Take a stroll into downtown Dana Point and The O.C. Dana Point Harbor where there are numerous local shops and restaurants awaiting your discovery.  Walk to dinner and movie at Ocean Ranch Plaza just up the hill.   Educate yourself and your family about the local sea life and the oceans at the Orange County Marine Institute.  The possibilities are endless.
