Queen size bed in master and large Murphy bed in 2nd bedroom, 3rd room is a study/3rd bedroom with a futon which pulls to a comfortable double bed. Master bath has a large vanity. The 2nd bath has tub/shower and vanity. The spacious kitchen is also part of the open design and has a large island for additional seating. This home also has a screened lanai for you to enjoy your morning coffee and paper. Ceiling fans are located in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and living area as well as the lanai. There is a desktop computer in the house - if you need high speed internet service we can accomodate for an additional fee per month, however if you bring a laptop you can connect wireless at no additional cost.

This home is designed to complement your active lifestyle while at The Villages. It is centrally located between both of the Villages downtown areas as well within walking distance to the Southern Trace Shopping Plaza. The new plaza offers a Publix, CVS, Ace Hardware as well as a number of excellent restaurants. The Summerhill pool and recreation area are just a few minutes walk. $250 Deposit/Security for all weekly rentals. All security deposits returned within 7 days of departure after successful walk-through. Full rent due 30 days prior to arrival. $95.00 exit cleaning fee for all rentals. Additional mid stay cleaning available upon request.

$50 (optional) Temporary Resident ID, allows free executive golf play on 24 executive courses and reduced rates on all championship courses.
