Beaches and Breezes is the perfect destination for your family vacation, short-term housing needs, or corporate housing rental.  So close to Doheny Beach and Dana Point Harbor you can feel the ocean breezes and smell the clean ocean air upon your arrival. 

Beaches and Breezes is seated in the beautifully landscaped, private, safe, gate-guarded, family oriented Condominium Community of Harbor Creek in the Doheny Beach area.  Access to the beach would be through a gently meandering, beautifully landscaped pedestrian oriented path.  It is about ¼  mile or a 10 minute walk to Doheny Beach.  Beaches and Breezes is also convenient and within a short 5 minute drive (or a 20 minute bike ride for the more adventurous types) from the historic San Juan Capistrano where the Mission San Juan Capistrano and the quaint Los Rios District is surrounded with charming antique shops, restaurants, and art galleries.  There’s even a petting zoo for the smaller members in your family!

Beaches and Breezes offers a quiet pool and a large spa at the center of the complex with the relaxing sounds of small creeks, streams, and footbridges throughout the development. Our newly renovated condominium home is just steps away from the community pool and spa.

Beaches and Breezes is ideally situated to all of Southern California’s entertainment amenities.  Located just 60 minutes south from LAX and 30 minutes south of John Wayne Airport, points of local interest are Disneyland, Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, Balboa Island, Catalina Island (Ferry leaves from Dana Point Harbor) San Clemente Pier, Knott's Berry Farm, Legoland, Universal Studios, and San Diego Zoo.   Drive a little further south and you could enjoy an exotic adventure for the day in Tijuana, Mexico.

-Condo is accessible in that the condo is level to the parking.  There are no stairs to or in this unit.
