Unit is a beautiful luxury Coach Home with tile throughout main living area. The lanai faces West with beautiful sunsets overlooking our 37 acre lake. For your convenience there is an attached garage. Everything is 1st class and sparkling clean. The per month rent is $3,500. With 2 months there is a $200 per month discount and with 3 months a $400 per month discount and with 4 months a $500 per month discount.

We have a beautiful Clubhouse with workout area and huge pool overlooking the lake. There are also 3 tennis courts and numerous golf courses in the area.

Naples has old world charm in the downtown area which is jiust minutes away as is the gulf with great swimming and fishing. Concerts in the park are every Sunday.
