WELCOME TO PARADISE 

Aloha II is a  6 unit single story complex 100 yards from the water.  This beachside condo is 1050 sq feet with parking outside your front door. It has new floors and was recently repainted.  

 There is an open living area with spacious seating.  It has overstuffed leather couches and dual recliners for your relaxing pleasure after a day of fun.  Cable TV, DVD and VCR are included.  There is wireless internet connection available.   

 A granite topped island in the dining area seats six.

 The 2 master bedroom suites have queen sized beds, attached bathrooms, large closets and Cable TV’s.

If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped for your dining pleasure: pots, pans, dishes and glasses, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffeemaker.  If you like to eat out, Venice is known for its many awesome restaurants. 

 The attached lanai with couch and love seat is perfect for relaxing: early morning coffee, afternoon tea, or evening nightcap.  It’s a perfect spot to curl up with a book.  The outside patio is a bonus with shaded and sunny seating.

 The condo comes completely equipped with bedding, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella  and a full-size washer and dryer on site.

LOCATION...LOCATION...LOCATION. On the beach in Venice, close to the jetty, a favorite place for swimming, shelling, fishing and sunsets. Walk to historic downtown, restaurants and shops. Beautiful parks. We have the most beautiful sunsets over the water.

Venice is a great place for outside activities like boating, fishing, swimming, golf or tennis. Rent boats, kayaks or bikes at the nearby marina. There are miles of  trails along the intracoastal waterway. Fourteen miles of white sand beaches beckon swimmers, sun worshipers and shellers. Venice is known as the "Shark  Tooth Capital" of the world. There are dozens of great golf courses in the area and theatre, museums, and aquariums nearby as well.

Historic downtown Venice is a quaint center with an Italian Renaissance architectual theme.  There are sidewalk cafes, great boutiques and art galleries and frequent outdoor free concerts in the center's gazebo and beach  pavilion.   You can be as busy or laid back as you choose.  

Venice is known for it's sunsets over the water with a different nightly light show.  Come watch the dolphins, manatees  and  various tropical birds.
