Be a private tenant in a renowned luxury resort! This 1200
square foot condo features marble and blond wood floors, crown
moldings, glass blocks and designer furnishings. The large beautiful
living room has water views, South Beach style furnishings with a
full size
sofa bed, arm chair, and a love seat. There is plenty of reading
light and side tables and a large entertainment unit containing a
cable TV/VCR/dvd player and a stereo. The dining table seats six.
The kitchen is fully equipped, has service for eight, and has maple
cabinets and granite countertops. It seats two for informal dining.
The second bedroom has two full size pillow top beds, cable TV/VCR,
alarm clock
and a large dresser with large mirror. The second bathroom is marble,
granite and ceramic tile and has a shower.
The master bedroom has a king size pillow top bed, chaise lounge,
armoire with
TV/VCR, clock radio, dresser, and mirror. The master bath
is en- suite, with granite and marble and ceramic tile and has two
sinks and a tub/shower combination. There is plenty of closet space
throughout
the apartment.
Coin operated laundry machines located on every floor.
There is a large terrace with seating and two small side tables.
The view is of the Intracoastal to your right, the ocean to your
left, and the neighboring building in the middle. It is a southern
exposure, airy, and always nice and sunny.
All the beds except the sofa are pillow top beds and have down
pillows.
The Alexander is a luxury hotel with gourmet dining on the premises
at "Shula's Steakhouse," and poolside dining at the tiki bar.
As private tenants, enjoy free valet parking, free local
telephone/fax usage and access to all hotel amenities including gym,
salon, room service and concierge service. (Room service and maid
service are available for an extra
charge).

At the pools, towels are available free of charge. Chairs can be
rented at the beach as can umbrellas and tent -like shelters. You may
elect to use the chairs and umbrella provided by me and avoid chair

We are located no more than ten minutes from "Happening" South Beach
and from elegant Bal Harbor. We are also less than an hour from
the famous Miami Seaquarium, Monkey Jungle and Parrot jungle. Just
moments from Art Deco district.
This is a no-smoking apartment and no pets or parties please.
Rental fee and security deposit are required in advance of your
arrival and are to be in the form of a cashiers check.
