The Pickerel Inn at 450 Crescent Beach in Keuka Lake

This cottage provides an ideal quiet location for couples or a family of two to four people.

It is located off of 54A in Branchport at 450 Crescent Beach Drive. 

Guests can enjoy being on Keuka Lake with one of the most beautiful views in the Finger Lakes.

Keuka Lake State Park and its many trails is also accessible by walking south along Esperanza Drive about 1.5miles.

This cottage has 30 feet of frontage which is level from the parking  area to the lake.

The Branchport end of Keuka Lake is known for excellent fishing and beautiful sunsets.

This cottage can also be rented for extended families or friends that may be renting next door at the Halls Cottage 448 Crescent Beach.

There is a kitchen, dinette area, bathroom/shower, queen bed and couch in the living room and two single beds in the one back bedroom.

There is a large glass patio door with screen to view the lake from the living room area. The stone patio with chairs is right outside the front door on the shore of Keuka Lake.

There is public water and a septic holding tank.

Bedding provided includes mattress pads, bedspreads, blanket, and pillow for each bed.

*30 foot dock with patio and 12 foot aluminum rowboat

*gas grill at the back entrance of the cottage.

Fish, boat , swim, hike or just relax at "The Pickerel Inn"

There is a boat dock available for guests to use and a 12 foot aluminum rowboat and life jackets.

Water depth at the end of the dock is around 3 feet and continues to be shallow almost 3/4 way to the buoys. The buoys mark the drop off.

Inside the buoys is a no wake zone and is an excellent area for familes and younger children to wade, swim, or just float in the sun.

There are many restaurants, shops, libraries and winerys to tour in the Branchport, Penn Yan, and Hammondsport areas.

The cottage rents from Sunday to Sunday.

Minimum stay of 3 nights is required

*April, May, June, September, and October, $950.00 a week or $150.00 a night.

*$175.00 a night on holiday weekends.

*July and August, $995.00 a week or $165.00 a night.

Check in time is 3:30pm and check out time is 12:00 noon.

30% of the rent is due at the time the reservation is made and a security deposit of $150.00 is required of renters.

*Yates county charges a 4% tax that is added to your rental cost.

A rental contract can be emailed as an attachment or sent regular mail.

The remaing balance, security deposit, and Yates County tax are due one month before the rental. 

We accept personal checks or Paypal.

*Once the remaining balance is recieved a set of keys and information packet will be mailed to the guests.
