You will have all to yourselves a completely furnished home that boasts over 1800 sq ft all marbled tiled with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, living, family, fully applianced kitchen, car garage with automatic garage openers, and private tiled terraces, including a sun deck terrace.  The master bedroom has a king-size tempurpedic bed and a private full bathroom.  The second and third bedrooms have a queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom has a full-size bed.  We may be able to provide a futon and a spare twin mattress, if needed.

Our home is in an exclusive and very accessible area of Fajardo, PR.  The home offers air conditioning, hot water, internet, cable TV, pool table, and laundry and all are included in your rent. You will love the tranquility, yet, with the convenience.  So you can either relax and sun-bath in our sun deck, enjoy the awesome breeze while laying in our balcony hammock, or just simply get away.  The location is a minute away from restaurants, stores, pharmacies, cinemas, banks, Etc. and within ten minutes from major touristic activities and attractions.  You will also have, at your own risk, access to all our garage has to offer for your trips: cooler, hammocks, beach boards, sun umbrellas, chairs, etc.

Famous Luquillo Beach, Seven Seas Beach (both with calm waters), Hiking and sightseeing in the El Yunque National Rain Forest, Culebra/Vieque excursion ferries, kayaking trips, Scuba-diving, El Conquistador Casino & Entertainment, Golfing in nearby Rio Grande, Las Cabezas Nature Reserve in Fajardo, Etc.  The home is only 45 minutes from the capital and the Old San Juan city.

Our rates vary from $700/wk to $900/wk depending on what season and how much of the house you want to use.  Our daily rates vary from $110/night to $150/night.  We also have longer term special rates.  Extra people over 4 pay a tiny bit extra.
