Vacation Rental Description

Great Fort Lauderdale home located on a cul-de-sac street. 
Five minutes from I-95 and 10 minutes from Downtown Fort Lauderdale  
Beaches and Night Life. Fully furnished two bedroom home with sliding  
glass doors to back pool and dock. Pool is surrounded by lush palm  
trees and large back deck for sun bathing. Bring your boat to your  
dock with its own electric and water supply, or rent a boat locally,  
and keep it at th dock for your convenience. Visit restaurants on the  
water and go downtown via the river off the canal. Room for at least  
two cars and a trailer. Large manicured lawn.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Kitchen includes bar sitting for two, dishwasher, garbage  
disposal, refriderator with ice dispenser. All necessary kitchen  
items are providing for cooking and eating in the home. (Pots, set of  
dishes, glasses, etc.) 
 
Large dining room with comfortable sitting for six. You can see the  
pool and the front of the house from the dining room area.  
 
Mirrored living room with large 34 inch Tosiba TV, cable, receiver  
with speakers inside and outside around the pool and deck areas.  
 
Washer and dryer in laudry room, central air conditioning and eight  
ceiling fans inside and out. Ceramic tile thru out. All bedding is  
provided, towels. Small pet is accepted with prior approval. 
 
Deck table with six chairs for outside dining, four loungers for  
sunbathing, BBQ grill is ready to use.

Activities and Attractions

Downtown is just a ten minute car ride. Visit the Riverfront Center  
where you will find great restaurants, water taxis for just $10.00,  
live music, shopping, and a great place to see the boats go by.  The  
Beach area is another ten minutes car ride from downtown. Walking  
along Ocean Drive is very entertaining. SE 2nd Street next to  
the Riverfront and A1A is full of restaurants and night stops for  
drinking and dancing. There are also many opportunities to play golf  
as we have several locations in the area that are absolutely fabulous. 
The hard Rock Casino is just a ten minute ride to the west. It  
features name attractions, restaurants, shows, shopping and live  
music in their many nite stops. A must see.

Vacation Rental Rates

September Special $850/Wk.  
         plus 11% state & one time $85. Cleaning 
 
 
May-October 31, 2005          $1000. PER WEEK plus taxes and a 
                                         one time $85. Cleaning Charge. 
 
November-April                $1200.per week plus taxes & cleaning 
      
 
A 5% county Tax and 6% State Tax are added ALL ABOVE RATES. Rates are  
subject to change without notice. Reservations are not considered  
confirmed until a credit card is approved. 
 
                     Deposits 
a 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. The balance is due 30  
days prior to arrival.  
 
                    General Policies 
  For everyone's health, there is a no smoking policy in the house.  
We suggest guests arrange for travel insurance to protect a prepaid  
stay. Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 11AM. Any major damage or loss  
(other than normal wear and tear) will be charged to the original  
credit card used at time of deposit.  
 
                  Cancellation Policy 
A minimum 30-day notice of cancellation is required in wriing or e- 
mail for a refund of a deposit. A 90 day notice if cancellation is  
required in writing or e-mail for extended stays of a month or  
more.There is always a 4%  credit card processing fee, no matter  
when the cancellation is declared. If the same party makes another  
reservation within sixty days of their cancellation, their forfeited  
deposit will be applied to the new reservation. There are no refunds  
for early departures and no-shows.
