John's Pass Cottages in Madeira Beach

This get away home is located right on John's Pass, and comes complete with everything you will need for a fun-filled relaxing vacation.  The home has a large, comfortably furnished living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one bath, laundry room, and four bedrooms.  Dining, sunbathing, and just relaxing, are a must on your own private patio.  We also offer satellite TV and Wi-Fi.  The home accommodates up to 8 persons, with advanced planning for such events as family reunions, Birthday parties, weddings, and utilizing our other cottages in the same complex, we can accommodate up to 14 persons.

There is so much to see and do without ever having to get in your car. Steps away from your door is The John's Pass Boardwalk, offering something for everyone- best fishing and boating to be found anywhere, shopping, waterfront dining, para-sailing, jet skiing, and live entertainment.  A favorite pass time on the boardwalk is enjoying the plentiful wildlife, watching the dolphins playing and the pelican's diving for their dinner.  You'll find it entertaining and fun to watch our resident Egret. Florida boasts one of the most diverse bird populations of the Continental US.

It's only a short walk and your on the beautiful Gulf beaches where you will enjoy swimming, shelling, sun bathing, surf fishing, bird watching and walking the miles of white sandy beach. You'll enjoy the spectacular sunsets, the best show anywhere and it's free.

Take a ride on the Suncoast beach trolley which will take you all day, for a $4.00 pass, along the Gulf Beaches from Historic Pass a Grille to Clearwater Beach.  A short drive will take you to Tampa - Bush Gardens & Ybor City, St. Pete - Tampa Bay Rays, Dali Museum & Mullet Key State Park, and  the city of Tarpon Springs, home of sponge divers.  A day trip will take you to Orlando & Disney & Sea World.

Peak season rentals are from Saturday - Saturday only, and all holidays.

Peak season is from January to March and the weekly rate is $1100 and the monthly rate is $2400.

Off season is April to December and the weekly rate is $900 and the monthly rate is $1800.

Efficiency cottages are also available in peak season at a weekly rate of $550 and the monthly rate is $1400.

Off season the weekly rate is $450.

A 50% deposit due at the time of booking your reservation and the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
