This spacious and cozy 2/2 is a newly and fully furnished condo in the 2009 and 2010 Florida Community of Excellence Award-winning Ocean Village resort on Florida’s Treasure Coast. It was specially designed and furnished for optimal comfort, relaxation, and a full array of entertainment and vacation possibilities. This quiet, peaceful, and visually stimulating tropical resort is located on South Hutchinson Island about one hour north of West Palm Beach Airport, one hour south of the Kennedy Space Center/the Cape, and two hours from Disney World, MGM, Sea World, and other major attractions in Orlando.

This condo is uniquely located as an end unit, first floor in Beachtree 2, providing maximum privacy while being bordered on three sides by colorful and luscious tropical foliage, including a small backyard lawn/garden area and a private wooden deck that overlooks a lovely lagoon (see pictures). It offers a wonderful blend of comfort, privacy, and exposure to a beautiful tropical environment.

This award-winning resort is a tropical paradise situated on the coast of a barrier island that has an endless beach bordered by untouched forest area. This offering also includes the following amenities, most of which are shown in the pictures: Completely furnished 2/2 with privacy, tropical foliage, screened patio/lanai, backyard/tropical garden and wooden deck overlooking lagoon, central air conditioning, new big screen high-definition TVs with Blue-Ray/DVD/CD, Netflix streaming movies (free), and new advanced technology Bose speaker system in the living room for optimal listening enjoyment of cable TV, video or music. Decorative tile floors are scheduled for installation before fall 2013. Kitchen has new refrigerator, newly stained wood cabinets; bathrooms have new high quality commodes.  The condo has recently installed new central air-conditioning using premium quality and high technology by Trane.

Both bedrooms have cable-serviced flat-screen TVs with VCR/DVD. The unit has a stacked frontload clothes washer/dryer in a utility closet. Virtually all imaginable kitchen utensils, appliances and household linens are provided, including beach towels.

The master bedroom includes a private bathroom with large shower and separate powder room. The master bedroom includes a beautiful window-tropical view, a new luxurius Bragada-brand queen-sized bed, cable TV/Blue Ray/DVD 55" HD TV, Netflix streaming movies (free), two large walk-in closets, and other accessories. The secondary bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and DVD player. The unit is furnished with beach chairs, some outdoor entertainment swimming gear, popular board games and videos.

Ocean Village is a gated resort that has a quiet, relaxing ambience that is ideal for stress management and for having lots of fun. If you enjoy nature’s beauty, bring your camera! The resort is loaded with entertainment potential. In addition to its attractive beach, it has a nine-hole executive golf course, 10 tennis courts, two paddleball courts, two bocce courts, four swimming pools, basketball court, a new state of the art exercise room, clubhouses, sauna, hot tub, kids’ pool, four-star restaurant, and a recreation center. Unlike other offers, there are NO COSTLY ADD-ON FEES. These fees already include 11.5% sales and resort taxes, and the cleaning fee.

Rental Deposit and Payment: A nonrefundable deposit of $1000 is required to establish the reservation and hold the booking. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The $1000 deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within one month of departure unless deductions are necessary for damage, missing items, or extraordinary cleaning.

Full payment plus the $1000 booking deposit for this rental is due 30 days before use, unless last-minute booking is available. Payment options include Paypal, cash, personal check, cashiers check or money order. 

Cancellation Policy: In cases of cancellation, the renter forfeits the original $1000 booking deposit. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the originally scheduled arrival time, the renter forfeits an additional 20% of the full payment.
