Four Star Condo in Quicksilver

We rate all of our condos based on four criteria in order to make it easier for vacationers to compare different condos in different buildings. The criteria are as follows: unit size and quality, views, proximity to activities and building quality and amenities.

Unit Size and Quality: ****(4 Stars). This condo is a top floor unit with 1350 square feet of space and beautiful vaulted ceilings. It features a full kitchen with all of the essentials including pots, pans, glasses and silverware. There are two full bathrooms and plenty of room to stretch out in the family room. There is a dining room table that seats 6, a comfortable couch with sleeper sofa and two chairs can be found in the living room. In addition, there is a wood burning fireplace and a cable TV with DVD player and VCR if you want to watch a movie after a long day.

The master bedroom also features a full sized bed, a private bathroom, and sitting area with two chairs to enjoy a good book or the views from the master bedroom windows.  The secondary bedroom features two twin sized beds and a cable TV.  You will find plenty of extra blankets and pillows for the sleeper sofa in the closets, as well as a humdifier and iron with ironing board.

Views **** (4 Stars) This condo is light and airy with many windows that feature views of the trees and mountains.  The balcony also has views of mountains.

Proximity To Activities *** (3 Stars) This condo is approximately 25 feet from the Keystone Bus Stop that will take you to many areas of Keystone including River Run Village, the Keystone Conference Center, the Mountain House Base Area, and Lakeside Village.  The shuttle is free when you show your room key to the bus driver.  You are within walking distance of the Keystone Conference Center, as well as a small grocery store and gas station if you need to purchase a few items.  

Building Quality & Amenities ***(3 Stars) Quicksilver was completed in the early 80’s and is a secluded community of condominiums with beautiful, mature trees on the property.  Laundry facilities are located on the property for your convenience. Quicksilver also has an indoor, heated pool and hot tub exclusively for Quicksilver guests.  Ski lockers are located on the ground floor of each Quicksilver building to store all of your equipment.

Guest Services: This unit is professionally managed for the owner by Summit County Mountain Retreats. We are the most guest oriented and down to earth company in the area. It is our goal for you to have a worry free stay and enable you to interact with caring and competent people who want your vacation to be all it can be. Special services that we offer include fast check-in service, flexible check-in and out times, a generous amount of towels during your stay, trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwashing detergent and liquid, sponge for washing dishes, trial sized soap and shampoo. We send you keycards in the mail, so you can drive directly into the private parking garage and immediately enter your condo. Additionally, we are constantly looking for discounts and great deals for vacationers. We provide our guests extensive information about the area, great places to eat, discounts on equipment rentals, discounts on lift tickets and other information that we believe will help make your stay most enjoyable. In the unlikely event of a problem, we offer 24 hour maintenance service and lockout service.
