Vacation Rental Description

With the Golf Transfer you now have a membership for two 
individuals to play golf with just a $2 cart rental per day and guest 
fee of $65 you can enjoy all of the following Worthington has to 
offer:

Condo overlooks a beautiful lake and the flag stick of 
the 16th Green.

Championship course -- 18 holes and a par 72. an aquatic driving 
range, plus practice sand bunkers, putting and a chipping area. A 
gated community designed for comfort, convenience and casual living, 
in country club tradition. 

Worthington has 300+ acres of lakes, lush fairways and a variety of 
amenities. Championship golf, tennis and swimming all for your 
personal enjoyment. Har-Tru clay courts are available and fitness 
center with the state of the art equipment.
 
The clubhouse is available for your dining, dancing, swimming or just 
relaxing with friends.   

Worthington is ideally located in Bonita Springs, just minutes from 
Naples, 3 miles from the beach and minutes from the airport. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 bedroom 2 bath unit has master bedroom with lanai overlooking the 
16th green 

First floor, fully-equipped, kitchen, dining room, and living room 
with lanai overlooking 16th flag and lake, in a safe gated golf 
community. Kitchen with eating area, plus separate dining area. Large 
master bedroom and bath with 2 walk-in closets and Queen bed, step-in 
shower, 2nd bedroom with two twin beds, a large closet. Lanai 
overlooks lake and 16th green.
 
The unit has TV/VCR, cable TV, laundry washer and dryer, all linens 
and towels furnished, everything you need.

Activities and Attractions

Golf, biking, tennis, fitness center, miniature golf, 
amusement parks, fishing, shopping, restaurants, live theater, 
cinemas, museums, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling/diving, boating, 
sailing, parasailing, jet skiing and shelling. 

The area from the Glades to Tampa and Disney World offer all the 
activities you could ever imagine.

Nov $1500 -- $2000 per month
December -- $2500 per month

2007
Jan -- March $2800 per month
April 2006 -- $2500 (discount available for 4 month rental -- inquire)

Please add $350 golf membership transfer fee, $200 security deposit, 
Florida State rental tax, and $75 cleaning fee to each rental
