This house is a two story building with a courtyard, lovely garden, outdoor shower and barbeque. The house is located two blocks from the beach and is a ten minute walk from the town square. The location is quite private with a gated lot and a perimeter stone fence.
The second floor is for rent. It consists of two bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. The bedrooms open into a common area that includes a kitchen, dining room and living space. There is also a covered veranda. One bedroom contains a queen size bed and a youth bed, as well as a bathroom. The other contains a queen size bed and a double bed, as well as a bathroom. Each bedroom also locks so you can protect your privacy. Need more sleeping room? There is a couch in the living space that folds out to a double size bed. This floor also has a fully functional kitchen. Each bedroom and the common area have numerous fans to keep you cool.
