Stargazervilla in Athens

Stargazer villa is built on the top of the hill of Schinias (private gated community), with incredible 360 degree views of the Aegean , the coast line and the mountains! The entire villa has over 6000 sq ft of living space in addition to over 2500 sq ft of balconies and porticos. At the back of the villa, the terrain is left natural with wild vegetation and marble rocks, the gas BBQ and of course the 4 person hot tub (May to September only)!

The upper part of the villa (Penthouse) has 4 private entrances and 6 verandas. The rental floor has 4500 sq ft of living space, with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms and a luxury master suite with private sitting room, bedroom and bathroom with jacuzzi and large walk in shower, separate wc.

Additionally, the lower part of the villa, the Guesthouse, has 1800 Sq ft of living space, 2 bedrooms, a loft, and 2 baths, with separate kitchen and living room and verandas. It can be made available for larger groups of guests or guests who require more privacy.

2) Open floor plan, living room, gas fireplace, dinning roon, kitchen and passthrough; Three couches, one convertible couch to queen size bed or two singles.

Our villa is located on the top of the hill overlooking the famous plain of Marathon. Within a 3 minute drive you can enjoy the sandy beach of Schinias (famous among the Greeks, great for kids and adults alike), or snorkling off the rock in the deep blue water of the open sea.

There are several sports clubs in the area where one can enjoy many of the water sports.  The Marathon museum and the archeaological site of Ramnous are within a 15 minute drive.

Our villa is trategically located outside the noise and the poliution on the big city, but within a 50 minute ride to all the major attractions of Athens and within  easy day's trip to many important archaeological sites such as Delphi, Corinth, Mycenae etc.

Visiting the islands is an easy drive to the port of Rafina within 20-30 minutes.  The airport is within a 50 minute drive.

Access into the center of Athens is easy, either via the metro or bus or driving.
