At night the back yard turns into a tropical oasis, ideal for entertaining friends al fresco. The spacious kitchen features new stainless steel appliances and a pub table for casual meals.  For your enjoyment, there are two beach cruiser bicycles, perfect for a cruise down Atlantic Avenue.

Conveniently located, yet tucked away from it all, just minutes from the beaches and downtown Delray. There's even a city park accessible through the neighborhood, great for the kids or a  morning jog. Quick and convenient access to I-95 makes traveling easy. West Palm Beach is 15 minutes north, and Fort Lauderdale 35 minutes south. It is a beautiful 2 hour drive to the Florida Keys and an easy 3 hour drive to the theme parks in Orlando.

• $100 non-refundable cleaning fee + 11% Florida tax
• $300 refundable security deposit required to book.
• Christmas/New Year's holidays have 2 week minimum stay.
• One month = 28 days. Mandatory biweekly cleaning for monthly stays at $100 ea.
• We accept personal checks and credit cards.
• 50% of fees due 60 days prior to arrival, 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Renter must be at least 25 years of age and in attendance during entire stay.
