At night the back yard turns into a tropical getaway, ideal for entertaining friends al fresco. For the adventurous, there are two sit-on-top kayaks in the 2 car garage waiting to be taken for a paddle, and a pair of beach cruiser bicycles perfect for a cruise down Atlantic Avenue.

Conveniently located, yet tucked away from it all, just minutes from the beaches and downtown Delray. There's even a city park accessible through the neighborhood, great for the kids or a  morning jog. Quick and convenient access to I-95 makes traveling easy. West Palm Beach is 15 minutes north, and Fort Lauderdale 35 minutes south. It is a beautiful 2 hour drive to the Florida Keys and an easy 3 hour drive to the theme parks in Orlando.
