outside and very contemporary on the inside, is conveniently located.
Two bedrooms, two bath, sleeps 4-6, with new tile floors, new
carpets in bedrooms, updated furniture throughout with ceiling fans,
and all of the comforts of home away from home. There is approx.1650
sq.ft. air-conditioned space with inclosed Lanai, screened porch,
cable T.V., stereo and a boat-dock.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Canal home is a five minute walk to the sandy white beaches and
dazzling blue waters of North Longboat Key. Spectacular sunsets
await those who discover this place we call Paradise. As you stroll
what feels like your own private beach, you share the tranquility
with seagulls, pelicans and many other birds. Ten miles of sidewalk
for your enjoyment to bike, jog, or walk minutes to a shopping
plaza.
Activities and Attractions
Close by are top-rated restaurants and quality tennis and golf
facilities. Fifteen minutes will get you to Mote Marine shark
research center, St. Armands Key Circle for unique shopping, and
Cortez Fishing Village with it's rustic character that invites you
to enjoy "fresh fish". Thirty minutes in any direction will get you
to quality entertainment, including New York quality theatres'
Orchestra, Opera, Ballet, Ringling Art Museum, Selby Gardens,
science museums, and baseball spring training. Sarasta airport is
30 minutes away, with Tampa Airport approx. 1 hour. Busch Gardens
is also 1hour/15 minutes, with Disney World just two hours.

January - April $3,600 Monthly
$75.00 cleaning deposit
$300.00 security deposit returned with departure. Rates in U.S.
Dollars to be paid in advance. Cancellations as follows: For notice
of 31 days or more - 100% refund, 15-30 days - 50% refund, 14 days
or less - no refund.
