Holiday Dates Available Main House & Guest House in Carmel Valley

Located only 15 minutes from Carmel & Monterey , in a private setting of 10 oak-studded acres in sunny Carmel Valley.  This beautiful newly built home has a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath main house and a separate 1 bedroom 1 bath guest house with a sitting room that can be used as a second bedroom.  The home also is outfitted with a host of "green" features, including recycled glass countertops, radiant heat, on-demand water heaters, concrete and Eco-Timber flooring and no VOC paint.  This home is included on the American Institute of Architects Green Buildings Tour in June 2009.  Bring your horses too and board them next door at Hidden Valley Ranch.

The property can be reserved as a whole unit or separately.

 Main House

The main house is open and perfect for entertaining. It sleeps a maximum of 4 people in two bedrooms with one queen bed and one full bed. The master bedroom invites guests to relax on a private deck, to enjoy the views of beautiful rolling hills and distant vineyards or sit quietly and read.  Star gaze from your pillow as you discover the beauty of Carmel Valley’s clear skies at night.  The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and flat screen television, for your convenience and privacy, and has a private entry to the full bathroom. 

The bathroom offers luxury and solitude, complete with separate shower and relaxing air tub. Linens are provided to accommodate all guests and a hair dryer is also provided. 

The kitchen features recycled glass and granite countertops, a six-burner range, two ovens and two sinks – perfect for cooking, entertaining and enjoying the delicacies of your favorite chef.  The dining area offers abundant seating to accommodate your entire party along with a small breakfast counter.  Other appliances include a coffee maker, toaster, blender, a full set of cookware, and all cups, plates, bowls and utensils for eight to twelve people. 

The kitchen opens to the living area to create the perfect combination of dining and entertaining.  The living room with its comfortable deep couches and chairs invites you to relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace while watching your favorite movie on the large 46” flat screen TV. 

French doors open from the living room on to one of 4 outside patios  - some with tables, chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the sunshine of Carmel Valley and the magnificent views.  Pets are welcome and can safely stay in the fenced yard while you enjoy the beauty and amenities of the Monterey Peninsula. 

Guest House

As you enter the spacious guest house sit down and relax by the propane-log fire, read a book, and enjoy the view from abundant windows – or lower the shades for a bit of privacy.  The bedroom is at the far corner of the property, allowing guests to feel like they are in their own bungalow, and  has French doors opening to the outside area.  The guest bathroom is has a glass-tiled walk-in shower and provides plenty of fluffy towels. The guest house is equipped with a hotel kitchen consisting of a sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and mini fridge.  Perfect for guests who love to make reservations for dinner!

The guest house accommodates 4 in a queen size master bed and two twin beds in the sitting room area. 

Smoking is not permitted inside the house or guest house.  A $250 negligence fee will be incurred if the outside area is not tended to by renters of pets and those who smoke on the property.

Entire Unit Rates are $2,800 to $6,000 weekly and $8,000 to $15,000 monthly Cleaning fee $250

Main House Rates are $2,200 to $3,300 weekly and $5,000 to 9,000 monthly  Cleaning fee $125 

Guest House Rates are $1,200 to $2,600 weekly and $3,500 to $6,500 monthly Cleaning fee $75
