This condominium is a large 950 sq. ft. unit not including the patio overlooking a pond. It is fully furnished with brand new furnitures all around and a sofa sleeper in the living room. There is also plenty of parking, including a carport. It was completely renovated in 2008. The condo has a brand new luxury kitchen with granite countertops, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer in unit. There is ceramic tile floors throughout and plenty of storage space. There is a GREAT entertainment center as well with with a Plasma T.V and D.V.D player. The living room and bedroom both have large sliding doors that open to a screened in porch with a table and 4 chairs. The master room has a king size bed, night stands and television. All linens are included, along with an ironing board, clothes iron, and hair blow-dryer. Ocean Village is a gated community conveniently close to all amenities, including but not limited to golf, tennis, pools, beaches, shopping, and restaurants. There are several exciting activities to explore during your stay at Hutchinson Island. They include bike riding, swimming, fishing, sunbathing at the beach, and shopping.  Ideal for fishing is the Fort Pierce South Jetty, which has some of Florida's best fishing. There are boat rentals available in the marina.
