Murphy is centrally located between Asheville, NC, Atlanta, GA & Chattanooga, TN.  A short drive to the rivers or 3 major lakes and you can enjoy white water rafting, boating, canoeing, kayaking, tubing down the river, swimming, fishing & hiking.  Golf, Tennis and horseback riding are also available nearby.

Visit the John C. Champbell Folk School in Brasstown or take advantage of the local antique shops, flea markets, museums & speciality shops.

Or best of all relax and enjoy the Hot Tub.

Rental Fee: 
Special: $498.00 - 7 night Weekly Rental, includes taxes & cleaning fee.

$75.00 per night - 2 night minimum

$100 Refundable Security Deposit

$55.00 Cleaning Fee

10.75% County and State Tax

Deposits:
$100 Rental Deposit to hold Reservation.----- $100 Refundable Security Deposit.

We accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, Home Exchange or Cashiers Checks

We also accept Credit Cards thru PayPal & PayPal account transfers.

3% charge for PayPal money transfers or Credit Card.

Payment in full must be received 15 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:
No Refund of Rental Deposit less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
