Waterfront home with boat slip in a quite cove.  Home features 4  
bedrooms with 3 full baths and includes a king, queen, full, and  
twin bunk bed.  Community area with picnic area,  
fishing pier, boat ramp, and private beach located within walking  
distance.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central air/heat, ceiling fans, two fully equipped kitchens both  
with dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker,  
and toaster.  Also ironing board/iron, washer/dryer, gas grill, patio 
furniture, stereo, VCR, DVD, and Satellite TV.  Fireplace upstairs,  
woodstove downstairs.

Activities and Attractions

Lake Anna is the second largest lake located entirely within  
Virginia.  Located just 100 miles from Washington, D.C., Lake Anna  
is one of Virginia's best kept secrets.  With over 200 miles of  
shoreline that stretches 17 miles long, Lake Anna activities include  
boating, fishing, water skiiing, jet skiing, golfing, camping,  
hiking, and laying on the beach.  Area attractions include local  
wineries, anitque shopping, historical sies, battlefield parks, and  
Kings Dominion.

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Season Rates: 
 
High - $1,300 week (June 20 through August 22)    
Mid  - $1,000 week (May 23 through June 20)  
       $1,000 week (August 22 through September 19) 
Off  - $ 150 night, two night minimum (September 19 through May 22) 
 
Additional $100 for holiday week (Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor  
Day)  
  
Weekend rates are subject to availability 
  High  $650  (will book no sooner than 30 days in advance)   
  Mid   $550  
  
Pet deposit $100 
 
Cleaning Fee $85.00 
Deposit 1/3 of rate at booking  
 
Check in 1-5pm Friday
