Waterfront home with boat slip in a quiet cove. Home features 4
bedrooms with 3 full baths and includes a king, queen, full, and
twin bunk bed. Community area with picnic area,
fishing pier, boat ramp, and private beach located within walking
distance.
Our home is in a great location. We are just 1/2 mile away from New Bridge Landing which has a Food Lion/Pharmacy, Restaurants, Veterinary, ABC store, Red Box, etc. We are also 1/2 mile to Lake Anna Island that also has shops and restaurants.

woodstove downstairs.

hiking, and laying on the beach. Area attractions include local
wineries, anitque shopping, historical sies, battlefield parks, and
Kings Dominion.

Shoulder (April 12-May23 and September 2-October 14)
- $1,200 week/$240 night
Off (January 1-April11 and October 15-December 26)
- $1,000 week/$200 night
Holiday Rates: $1,700 for week and $340 nightly. (Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor
Day)
Weekly rentals only during the summer period, except for last minute requests. 2 nights minimum except for holidays which is a 3 night minimum.
Security deposit $500 or Damage Waiver $45
Cleaning Fee $135.00
Reservation Fee $45.00
