This stunning 2 bdrm Oceanview Cottage (duplex) is brand new on the market with all new furnishings! Located just blocks from the historic Santa Barbara Mission, and a 10 minute walk to the shopping and dining hot spots on State Street.  The prestigious neighborhood is very quiet and tranquil, and is ideally situated to allow you to enjoy all that Santa Barbara has to offer.  Within a few blocks of the cottage is the Upper Eastside neighborhood with it's grand estates.  The Alick Keck Park is only a 5 minute walk away and is a magical spot to enjoy a picnic by the Koi pond.  If you wish to hike, simply head up the Riviera (fun secret staircase is located a few doors down from the cottage) and you can enjoy views that will truly take your breath away from the Upper Riviera neighborhood just streets above. 

The cottage has European charm with it's wide plank wood floors, spiral stairs, and french doors throughout.  The downstairs has an open kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and table that can seat 4 people comfortably.   

Upstairs, each of the 2 bedrooms has a queen bed (with luxury bedding) and breathtaking views of downtown and the ocean.  The large living area has a comfortable sectional sofa with a 32"flat screen tv, cable, and dvd player.  There is a desk area with high speed wireless internet for those who wish to stay connected.

Additional housecleaning can be provided during your stay if needed. 

All linens, bedding, and bath and beach towels included in rental.

The cottage is ideally located within a 5- 10 minute walk of historic sites (Mission, Courthouse, "Red-Tile" roof district downtown, Arlington and Granada and Lobero Theatres etc)  The beach is a 5-10 min drive (depending on which one you wish to go to) and there is a wonderful electric shuttle that you can hop on close to the cottage that will take you up and down State Street and down to the beach.  (just 25 cents each way!)
