Our charming newly remodeled beach cottage with ocean and Catalina views is only one street up from PCH across from the beach. There are several wonderful "cove" beaches within a 5 minute walk. Bask in the sun at famous Thousand Steps Beach or collect sea glass at beautiful Tablerock beach. Enjoy everything within walking distance at our well located get away!! We also have a studio below for more guests. Sleeps up to 4 more at a small additional cost.

Light and bright 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage with OCEAN view from the living room and balcony. First bedroom features queen size bed. Second bedroom features twin bed plus double bunk bed. 1 bathroom with a custom pebble tile shower and new flooring through out. The living room boasts a 42" big screen with DVD and cable, as well Wi-Fi for your own laptop connection. It also features a queen size pull out sofa. The home offers a fully stocked kitchen.
Full laundry facilities.

The outside balacony is a great place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner offering ocean views and cool breezes. There is a BBQ on the back deck along with a fire ring for evening enjoyment.

The house comes outfitted with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, kids beach toys, frisbees, football, etc... for your beach fun!

Walking distance to many un-crowded cove beaches offering a sense of privacy, almost seclusion.

Restaurants - There are many great restaurants within a 3 minute walk.

Coyote Grille (Mexican)  Great food, fun atmosphere, bar setting as well as a dining room. A favorite hang out.

Ti Amo (Italian) Marvelous Italian cuisine, extensive daily specials, combined with many wonderful wines. Dimly lit Italian themed atmosphere and tuscan decor make this a great romantic spot.

Eva's (Caribbean) Delicious Caribbean food at Eva's. It is a South Laguna favorite. Fresh fish, jerked chicken and many other Caribbean dishes. Try the Mojitio's.

Papas Tacos (Mexican)  Papas Tacos is a great lunch spot with outside seating and tasty tacos, burritos, tortas, and many other quick Mexican meals.

Cafe Vienna - Gourmet breakfasts and lunches with outside seating. Our favorite spot to sip coffee and people watch before heading toTablerock in search of sea glass.

Famous Pageant of The Masters and Sawdust Festival heald all summer. Along with Art Walks, Wine Tasting and Beautiful Sunsets!!

Dana Point Harbor is a short drive to the South for fishing trips, whale watching boats, and kayak/jet ski rentals. The Catalina flyer offers a quick trip to Catalina island where you can grab lunch, explore the island, horseback ride, fish, snorkel, etc... and be back in time for dinner.

The free laguna shuttle picks up every 15 minutes on PCH in front of the house and will take you downtown and back until 10:30pm. So no need to drive and fight for parking if you decide to venture to the downtown area! The shuttle starts June 1st and is offered throughout the summer.
