Fully furnished 2000 square feet tri-level "home away from
home." This is no bare vacation rental, cozy cottage or tree-house.
My home offers you all the conveniences of your own home plus it is
located on 2 acres of wooded property that is 1 block from your own
personal Lake Michigan beach.
Awake to the sound of the waves, stroll through the woods to
miles of beautiful beach, watch the deer as you dine in the screen
porch, and relax by the fireplace at night.
Located in Beverly Shores,IN amidst the Indiana Dunes National
Lakeshore Park. One hour from Chicago...a world away from worry.

Totally furnished with the whole family in mind. Upper level
has 3 separate bedrooms containing a king size, queen size and two
twin beds respectively, adjacent to a full modern bath. The middle
level has a living room complete with stereo and picture window
separated from a fully furnished modern eat-in kitchen complete with
dishwasher and garbage disposal. The lower level houses the family
room with natural wood-burning fireplace, cable TV,internet and VCR/DVD,
inflatable double bed, and second half-bathroom. Basement area
contains large indoor area to play plus washer/dryer, central heat
and air conditioner. Outside is a patio with bar-b-que, screened porch, 2 car
garage and basketball stand next to lawn. All bed linens and towels
are provided.

Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are provided to assist your
sunning and swimming enjoyment of the clear, unsalted great Lake
Michigan. 2 bicycles are provided to bike or hike through the wonderful woods and shoreline that surround you. On a rainey day, Michigan City movie theaters and shopping are a 10 minute drive away. Lighthouse Place offers 140 outlet stores on discounted name brands for great deals. Numerous fine restaurants, marinas, antique stores, wineries, concerts, fairs, casinos, zoo, water park, arts and craft shows, Valparaiso University, and the University of Notre Dame are located within a short drive. Plus downtown Chicago is only an hour away by car, and 1 hour, 20 minutes by train.

Current Off-Season Rates: Minimum 2 Nites Required -$350                          

$50 each additional nite up to one week. 

2 weeks: $900. 3 weeks: $1200.  4 weeks: $1400.
