Summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) $2750/week or $6000/month
All other $2500/month plus utilities.
One week minimum stay, no pets, no smoking.
$500.00 non-refundable deposit to secure reservation. Remaining balance due in full two weeks prior stay. A seperate $200 security deposit refundable upon checkout if property left in same condition as check in.
