Completely furnished with all dishes, cookware, linens.  Bamboo and tile floors, gas stove, dvd player and movies, lots of books.  Double bed in bedroom, fold-out couch in living room.  Dining room with table and 5 chairs, Florida room with desk. Comes with 2 bicycles.

Minutes from downtown with great restaurants and quaint shops, near the Pinellas trail for biking, walking, etc., minutes to wonderful beaches including Caladesi, Honeymoon and Clearwater, lovely parks, excellent golf courses.  Great art center, health club/gym at community center, 25 minute drive to Tarpon Springs sponge docks.  35 minute drive to St. Petersburg or Tampa, 90 minute drive to Orlando and Disney parks.  Lots of live music and interesting entertainment.  Baseball park is winter home to Toronto Blue Jays.  Walk to wellness center with yoga, meditation and massage.

June - October  is 80 / night; 500 / week; 1100 / month

November - April is 90 / night; 650 / week;  1300 / month

Weekly rate is with a minimum 3 night stay

$300 security deposit is required upon booking and will be returned after departure, minus $50 cleaning fee.  Total rental fee due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
