Close to art center, health club/gym at community center, 25 minute drive to Tarpon Springs sponge docks. 35 minute drive to St. Petersburg or Tampa, 90 minute drive to Orlando and Disney parks. Lots of live music and interesting entertainment. Baseball park is winter home to Toronto Blue Jays. November - May is 90 / night; 650 / week; 1600 / month
Weekly rate is with a minimum 3 night stay
$300 security deposit is required upon booking and will be returned after departure, minus $75 cleaning fee. Total rental fee due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
